Who We Are

Intelligencefired Pest Control is a referral service. We help homeowners in Lakewood and the Lakewood area understand a pest or wildlife problem, then connect them with independent local providers. We are not a pest company. We do not own the trucks, and we do not do the work.

You send a request or call. You tell us what you saw, where you saw it, and what kind of home you have. We pass those details to a provider in our network who handles that type of work in your area.

Availability differs from one provider to the next. Many can respond quickly, but we cannot promise a time. The provider will tell you what is possible.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Explain what they find in simple language
• Give you a quote in writing before work starts
• Hold the licenses and permits their state requires, and show them if you ask
• Treat your home and any wildlife with care
• Respect your decision if you say no

What We Do Not Do

It helps to be clear about our limits.

• We do not treat, trap, seal or remove anything ourselves.
• We do not set the provider's price.
• We do not promise what a provider will find or how a job will go.
• We do not decide insurance claims. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How We Are Paid

Providers in our network pay Intelligencefired Pest Control for referrals. That is how the service keeps running. You pay your chosen provider only for work you approve, and you are under no obligation to hire anyone.

Because costs vary by job, we explain what drives a price: the type of pest, the size of the home, how hard the area is to reach, and whether repairs or sealing are needed. A quote in writing lets you compare fairly.
